Founded in 2009, Curado is a provider of residential care services for adults with mental health needs.

We are based in Sutton, Surrey, and are comprised of 20 employees and five services; Lona Lodge, Cranleigh Gardens, The Annexe, Queens House and Queens Annexe all with an aim to promote independent living.

Vision & Mission statement

Curado aims to be a substantive provider of residential care services for adults with mental health needs by offering a personal and family oriented care package within a homely environment. These are achieved by:

Developing a client focused approach to delivering services.
Maintaining high quality services through continuous improvement, maintenance and development of a high quality workforce.
Establishing a creative culture with talented people and a ‘can-do’ attitude.

The company’s values are also integral to its operations and our success stems from a solid foundation – a culture that comprises honour, leadership and learning.

Since our inception, 80% of our service-users have moved on to more independent accommodation settings. Some of these have completed further education courses, undertaken vocational training and gained employment – two of such have obtained City & Guilds qualifications to work as a plumber and an electrician.

Curado has earned a reputation for providing high quality personalised and family oriented care which has been evidenced by its inspection ratings, feedback from professionals, residents and their families. This success has been attributed to our core values, management, business strategies and staff.
